摘 要:为提高煤炭资源回采率,解决新集二矿生产接替问题,通过分析极近距离采空区下覆工作面矿山压力显现规律,发现周期来压期间220115工作面存在顶板破碎、片帮问题,影响了工作面的安全回采。为此,提出了常规区域“高强度聚酯纤维网+短孔注水”控顶,构造等特殊区域高分子材料注浆控顶控帮强化技术,保障了工作面的正常回采,为类似条件下的综采工作面围岩控制提供了参考。In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and solve the problem of production replacement in Xinji No.2 coal mine,through the analysis of the law of mine pressure in the overlying working face of extremely close mined out area,it is found that during the period of periodic weighting,the roof of 220115 working face is broken and spalling,which affects the safe mining of working face.Therefore,put forward the technology of"high strength polyester fiber mesh+short hole water injection"for roof control and reinforcement technology for polymer material grouting for roof control and side control in special areas such as structure,which ensures normal mining of working face and provides reference for surrounding rock control of fully mechanized mining face under similar conditions.
