摘  要:受底板承压含水层突水影响的煤矿,开采前需开展带压开采可行性研究及论证。以宏基煤业为研究对象,基于一煤层主要含水层、隔水层等水文地质资料,对一煤层二采区突水系数、底板隔水层安全水头值、底板安全隔水层厚度、两翼水力联系等评价参数进行了计算分析,分析得出:突水系数为0.059~0.099 MPa/m,小于0.1 MPa/m;隔水层安全水头值为0.71~1.19 MPa,大于隔水层实际水头压(0.70 MPa);安全隔水层厚度为2.88 m,隔水层实际厚度(7.07~11.88 m)大于安全隔水层厚度;东西两翼之间存在宽度约为800 m不可采的薄煤带,东西两翼无直接水力联系。研究结果表明:正常情况下,一煤层二采区可以安全地进行带压开采,但应制定专项安全技术措施。给出水害防治的安全措施,在此完善的基础上,能够保证二采区带压开采的可靠性和安全性。Coal mine affected by water inrush from bottom confined aquifer,the feasibility study and demonstration of mining above confined water should be carried out before mining.It takes Hongji coa mine as the research object,based on the hydrogeological data of main aquifer and water-resisting layer of No.Icoal seam,calculates and analyzes the evaluation parameters such as water inrush coefficient safety head value of bottom water-resisting layer,thickness of bottom safety water-resisting layer and hydraulic connection between two wings in No.IImining area of No.Icoal seam.The results show that:the water inrush coefficient is 0.059-0.099 MPa/m,less than 0.1 MPa/m;the safety head value of the water-resisting layer is 0.71-1.19 MPa,which is higher than the actual head pressure of the waterresisting layer(0.70 MPa);the thickness of the safety water-resisting is 2.88 m,and the actua thickness(7.07-11.88 m)is greater than the thickness of the safety water-resisting layer;there is an unmineable thin coal belt with a width of about 800 m between the east and west wings,and there is no direct hydraulic connection between the wings.The research results show that:under norma circumstances,the No.IImining area of the No.Icoal seam can be safely mining above confined water but special safety technical measures should be formulated.It also gives the safety measures of water damage prevention,on this perfect basis,it can ensure the reliability and safety of mining above confined water in the No.IImining area.
