摘 要:针对回采巷道超前支护装备存在所需人员劳动强度大或反复承载破坏顶板等问题,以王家沟矿2208综放工作面运输顺槽为背景,对巷道主动超前注浆加固技术进行系统的研究。首先分析了巷道超前注浆锚固双重加固机理,即锚索对巷道围岩的主动锚固和注浆对围岩整体加固;其次,提出了高掺粉煤灰-水泥浆体超前注浆加固技术,通过现场实验得出新型浆体固相比为5.5∶4.5,水灰比为1∶2,并分析了注浆锚固方案。最后通过现场实践进行了验证性研究。实践表明,注浆锚固支护效果良好,巷道围岩得到了有效维护,代替了超前支护装备,可以满足巷道超前支护要求。In view of the problems of high labor intensity or repeated load-bearing damage to the entry roof in the advance support equipment,taking the headgate of 2208 fully mechanized caving face in Wangjiagou mine as the background,the advance grouting reinforcement technology was studied systematically.The dual reinforcement mechanism of advance grouting and anchoring of entry was analyzed,that was the active anchoring effect of the anchor cable on the surrounding rock of the roadway and the overall reinforcement of the surrounding rock by grouting.The advance grouting reinforcement technology with high-mixed fly ash-cement slurry was proposed,the solid-to-solid ratio of the new slurry was determined as 5.5∶4.5,and the water-cement ratio was determined as 1∶2 by field experiments.This way,the grouting and anchoring scheme was analyzed.Finally,the verification study was carried out by field practice.Practice shows that the grouting and anchoring support effect is well,the surrounding rock has been effectively maintained,the advanced support equipment has been replaced,which can meet the requirements of advance support.
