摘 要:为降低采空区瓦斯浓度,解决上隅角瓦斯超限的隐患,以顺和煤矿2402综采面为研究对象,提出了浅源高位钻孔配合插管抽采技术。借助FLUENT软件模拟计算了上隅角插管抽采、浅源高位钻孔配合插管抽采的采空区瓦斯质量浓度和流场分布的变化。模拟结果表明:相比于上隅角插管抽采,应用浅源高位钻孔配合插管抽采后,采空区瓦斯质量浓度仅为1.30%左右,且管道内瓦斯最大浓度高达39.24%。经在现场监测:采空区瓦斯浓度大幅度降低,从平均5.00%下降至1.42%,上隅角及工作面后方瓦斯积聚的问题得到很好地解决,确保工作面安全生产。因此,浅源高位钻孔配合插管抽采技术不仅解决了工作面瓦斯超限问题,实现了采空区瓦斯资源的高效抽采,且进一步完善了钻孔抽采工艺,具有一定指导意义。To reduce the gas concentration in the goaf and solve the hidden danger of gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner,taking the 2402 fully mechanized mining face of Shunhe coal mine as the research object,a technique of shallow source high-level drilling and intubation drainage was proposed.FLUENT software was used to simulate and calculate the changes of gas mass concentration and flow field distribution in the goaf when the upper corner intubation drainage,shallow source high-level drilling and intubation drainage were used.The simulation results show that compared with the upper corner intubation drainage,the gas concentration in the goaf is only about 1.30%,and the maximum gas concentration in the pipeline is as high as 39.24%.The on-site monitoring data shows that the gas concentration in the goaf has been greatly reduced,from an average of 5.00%to 1.42%.The problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner and behind the working face has been well resolved to ensure safe production at the working face.Therefore,the shallow source high-level drilling combined with the intubation drainage technology not only solves the problem of gas over-limit in the working face,but also realizes the efficient drainage of gas resources in the goaf,and further improves the drilling and drainage technology and has certain guiding significance.
