摘　　要：随着我国科技力量的的增强,煤矿在发展过程中采用的越来越多的大型化机电设备。机电设备的主要动力来源就是靠电的供应。馈电开关在井下的电路中起着通、断电的功能,同时为了保护电路馈电开关还需要对电网中存在的各种故障进行监测,并在发生故障时,及时断开电路,保证人身安全。为此设计了基于PLC的智能矿用隔爆馈电开关,从馈电开关实现对电网中相关参数的检测、选择性漏电保护、相敏保护、负序保护和欠压过压以及过载保护等功能。对其PLC软件结构进行设计,满足能够进行人机交互,从而实现馈电开关对整个电网系统的保护功能。With the enhancement of China′s scientific and technological strength,coal mining in the development process of the use of more and more large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment.The main power source of electromechanical equipment is electricity supply.The feeder switch plays the function of on and off in the circuit underground.At the same time,in order to protect the circuit feeder switch,it is necessary to monitor various faults in the power grid,and disconnect the circuit in time when the fault occurs to ensure personal safety.Therefore,the intelligent mine flameproof feed switch based on PLC is designed to realize the related parameters detection,selective leakage protection,phase sensitive protection,negative sequence protection,under-voltage and over-voltage protection and overload protection in the power grid.The PLC software structure is designed to meet the requirements of man-machine interaction,so as to realize the protection function of the feed switch for the whole power grid system.
