摘  要:刮板输送机作为煤矿井下主要的运输设备,其寿命直接影响着煤矿开采的效率。刮板输送机的中部槽作为关键部件,材质的选择尤为重要。当中部槽采用高性能钢作为主要材料,通过对高性能钢的疲劳情况进行分析,采用ANSYS软件模拟疲劳裂纹在工程环境中的扩展速率的变化,利用椭圆方程对裂纹形貌进行拟合分析,利用高斯方程对单个过载情况下的裂纹形貌进行分析,得到了中部槽裂纹疲劳情况下的裂纹发展情况,为刮板输送机采用高性能钢在实际使用中奠定理论基础,并在使用过程中防止疲劳裂纹对刮板输送机的安全性能的产生影响。As the main transportation equipment in coal mine,the life of scraper conveyor directly affects t he efficiency of coal mining.The middle trough of scraper conveyor is the key part,the choice of material is particularly important.When the central trough using high-performance steel as main material,through the analysis of the fatigue of high performance steel,using ANSYS software to simulate the change of the fatigue crack propagation rate in the engineering environment,elliptic equation is used to analyse the crack morphology fitting analysis,using the gaussian equation for a single overload crack morphology of the case analysis,the crack development of the middle groove under the condition of crack fatigue is obtained,which lays a theoretical foundation for the use of high performance steel in the scraper conveyor in practice,and prevents the influence of fatigue crack on the safety performance of the bridge in the process of use.
