摘　　要：中车齐齐哈尔车辆有限公司出口刚果的铁路救援起重机为100 t重铁伸缩式1067 mm轨距铁路起重机,是按用户要求而量身定制的产品。整机出口进一步增强了公司起重机业务的国际竞争力。本文对该起重机的主要钢结构进行介绍,并重点说明三大钢结构制造工艺方法流程及质量控制措施,为起重机的制造行业提供借鉴。The railway crane exported to Congo by Qiqihaer Zhongche Vehicle Co.Ltd is 100t heavy rail retractable 1067mm gauge railway crane,which is customized according to the user's requirements.The export of complete machines further enhances the international competitiveness of the company's crane business.This paper introduces the main structure of the crane,and focuses on several major steel structure manufacturing process and quality control measures,which can provide reference and guidance for the crane manufacturing industry.
