土工格栅加筋铁路道床在循环荷载下的性能评估

摘  要:鉴于土工格栅是稳定道床的低成本解决方案,使用改进过程模拟试验(MPST)设备在20Hz的加载频率下对加筋道床进行大规模循环试验。试验结果表明,土工格栅能有效抑制道床的横向扩展,减少永久竖向沉降程度并最大限度减少颗粒破碎。轨道性能受到道床-土工格栅界面处剪切特性的影响,横向和竖向变形程度随着道床-土工格栅界面处剪切强度的增加而减小。土工格栅有助于减少因轨枕-道床接触应力沿轨道长度的差异引起的不同轨道沉降,其效果在竖向应力分别为230 kPa和460 kPa时相同。试验结果证明了土工格栅在稳定道床方面的作用,可推动其在铁路上的应用。Given the geogrid is stable track on low cost solution,large scale cyclic test on the stiffened track bed is conducted with the improved process simulation test(MPST)equipment at the loading frequency of 20Hz.The test results show that geogrid can effectively restrain the lateral expansion of track bed,reduce the permanent vertical settlement and minimize the particle breakage.However,the track performance is affected by the shear characteristics at the interface between track bed and geogrids,and the transverse and vertical deformation decreases with the increase of shear strength at the interface.In addition,geogrids also help to minimize different track settlement due to the difference in sleeper-track bed contact stress along track length,and the effect is the same at 230kPa and 460kPa vertical stresses respectively.These test results highlight the role of geogrid in stabilizing track bed,thus promoting its application in railway.
