摘　　要：为了确保公路工程中桥梁工程及检验批所用钢筋骨架、钢筋构件成品及半成品加工工厂车间流水化、规格尺寸规范化、生产设备标准化、操作工人专业化,简化传统的人工露天加工程序,提高加工效率及质量,采用车间自动化流水作业方式,从工厂车间规划、钢筋原材料分区优化、自动化加工设备配置、自动化加工工艺技术流程等方面进行一系列的施工组织与技术安排,可供相关参建单位建设钢筋加工厂配送中心参考使用。In order to ensure the bridge project in the road engineering and test batch of the steel skeleton,finished and semi-finished steel components processing factories to streamline,size normalization,standardization of production equipment,specialized operation workers,it is suggested to simplify the traditional artificial outdoor processing procedure and improve the machining efficiency and quality through using automation line production workshop.A series of construction organization and technical arrangement are carried out from the aspects of factory workshop planning,zoning optimization of steel raw materials,automatic processing equipment configuration,automatic processing technology and technical process,etc.,which can be used as reference by relevant participating units in the construction of steel processing plant distribution center.
