摘  要:为高效控制双江口水电站地下厂房锚梁开挖效果,对该工程的单向药量和爆破工艺进行了优化设计,通过实验校核对比了岩锚梁爆破开挖成型效果,并在施工过程中,对爆破振动、围岩松动圈进行了检测。结果表明:该施工方案满足爆破振动安全要求;采用双保护层开挖爆破工艺分层、分区精细化开挖、优化爆破参数并严格控制爆破钻孔质量,可有效确保岩锚梁开挖优质成型。研究成果可为类似岩锚梁开挖工程提供参考。In order to control the excavation of rock anchor beam of Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station on the Dadu River with high efficiency,the unidirectional explosive payload and blasting technology were optimized,and the effects of blasting excavation technologies for rock anchor beam were verified and compared with experiments.In the construction process,the blasting vibration and surrounding rock loose circle were tested.The results showed that this construction design met the safety requirements of blasting excavation.The excavation technology of double protective layer for fine construction stratification and partition,blast parameter optimization and strict quality control of blasting holes could ensure the quality of rock anchor beam excavation.The research results could be a reference for similar rock anchor beam excavation projects.
