摘 要:为应对船闸闸室薄壁大体积混凝土结构在施工期易出现裂缝的问题,以引江济淮工程枞阳船闸典型闸室段为例,模拟了其浇筑过程,研究了闸室混凝土结构施工期的温度和应力特性,以及不同温控措施对温度和应力的影响。研究结果表明:在浇筑早期,闸室混凝土易在表面和浇筑层间结合面出现裂缝,浇筑后期则易在混凝土内部出现裂缝;降低浇筑温度能一定程度提高闸室混凝土抗裂能力;采取表面保温措施能减弱外界气温的影响,减小内外温差,降低结构表面早期的开裂风险;采取通水冷却措施能帮助混凝土降温,减小混凝土结构的内外温差和峰值温度,提高表面早期的抗裂安全度。In order to deal with the prone-to cracking problem of shiplock chamber with thin-walled and mass concrete structure during the construction period,taking Zongyang shiplock chamber of water transfer project from the Yangtze River to the Huaihe River as example,the pouring process of chamber concrete was simulated,and the temperature and stress characteristics of chamber structure,as well as the influence of different temperature control measures on it during the construction period were studied.The results showed that the chamber concrete was prone to cracking on the outer surface and interlayer bonding surface in the early stage of pouring,and cracking in the interior of the concrete in the later pouring stage.Lowering the pouring temperature could improve the crack resistance of the concrete to a certain extent.Surface insulation measures could reduce the influence of outside air temperature,reduce the inside-outside temperature difference and cracking risk of surface concrete during early construction period.Water cooling measures could cool down the concrete and reduce the inside-outside temperature difference of the concrete and peak temperature,and then improve the early anti-cracking safety of surface concrete structure.
