补中益气汤联合产后盆底康复对初产妇产后盆底肌功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究补中益气汤联合产后盆底康复对初产妇产后盆底肌功能的影响。方法选取本院收治的初产妇80例为研究对象,采用随机双盲法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用补中益气汤联合产后盆底康复治疗,比较两组康复效果。结果治疗前,两组盆底肌力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组盆底肌力均有明显提高,且研究组盆底肌力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组性交痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组性交痛评分均降低,且研究组评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产妇采用补中益气汤联合产后盆底康复治疗更有利于其盆底肌功能恢复,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation on postpartum pelvic floor muscle function of primipara.Methods A total of 80 primiparas admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups by random double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of dyspareunia between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of dyspareunia in both groups was decreased,and the score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation is more conducive to the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function,which is worthy of clinical application.
