益肾调经方联合雌孕激素治疗中重度宫腔粘连分离术后患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗中重度宫腔粘连分离术后患者的效果。方法选取本院收治的中重度宫腔粘连患者200例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组100例。两组均行宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术,术后,对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上采用益肾调经方治疗。比较两组治疗效果,对其随访1年,统计月经改善率及妊娠率。结果研究组宫腔复粘连率为14.00%,低于对照组的31.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组月经改善率、妊娠率分别为91.00%、39.00%,均高于对照组的77.00%、21.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中重度宫腔粘连分离术后患者采用益肾调经方联合雌孕激素治疗的效果显著,可降低复粘连率,改善月经情况,提高自然妊娠率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions after separation.Methods A total of 200 patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups underwent hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesion separation.After operation,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Yishen Tiaojing Prescription on this basis.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.The patients were followed up for 1 year and the menstrual improvement rate and pregnancy rate were analyzed.Results The intrauterine readhesion rate in the study group was 14.00%,lower than 31.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rate of menstruation and pregnancy rate in the study group were 91.00% and 39.00%,respectively,which were higher than 77.00% and 21.00% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Tiojing Prescription combined with estrogen and progesterone has significant effect on patients after separation of moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion-reducing rate of readhesion-reducing,improving menstruation,and increasing the rate of natural pregnancy.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
