三仁合剂治疗复发性念珠菌阴道炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨三仁合剂治疗复发性念珠菌阴道炎(RVVC)的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的40例RVVC患者为对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗,研究组在此基础上采用三仁合剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组外阴瘙痒、疼痛、黏膜充血性水肿评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各症状评分均低于治疗前,且研究组各症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组复发率为5.0%,低于对照组的30.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论三仁合剂治疗RVVC的疗效理想,可改善患者临床症状,降低疾病复发风险,且安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sanren Mixture on recurrent vulvo vaginal candidiasis(RVVC).Methods A total of 40 patients with RVVC treated in our hospital were selected as subjects and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifuratel nystatin vaginal ointment,and the study group was treated with Sanren Mixture on this basis.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.0%,higher than that of the control group(80.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of vulva pruritus,pain and mucosal congestive edema between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the symptom scores of study group were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 5.0%,lower than 30.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Sanren Mixture has ideal efficacy in the treatment of RVVC,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the risk of disease recurrence.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
