摘　　要：目的探讨决明子热敷袋在初产妇分娩镇痛中的应用效果。方法选取于本院分娩的200例初产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组100例。观察组采用决明子热敷袋热敷镇痛,对照组采用黄豆热敷袋镇痛。比较两组产妇在宫口开大2~3 cm时、热敷30 min及宫口开全时的疼痛程度,并比较两组阴道试产过程中转剖宫产例数、第一产程及第二产程时间、产后2 h出血量、新生儿窒息情况。结果宫口开大2~3 cm时,两组疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);热敷镇痛30 min后及宫口开全时,观察组疼痛程度均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中转剖宫产11例,与对照组18例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组第一产程及第二产程时间均短于对照组,产后2 h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿出现轻度窒息2例,与对照组5例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论决明子热敷袋应用于初产妇分娩镇痛中能减轻产痛,促进产程进展,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of Cassia seeds hot compress bag in primipara labor analgesia.Methods A total of 200 primiparas who delivered in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Cassia seeds hot compress bag for analgesia,while the control group was treated with soybean hot compress bag for analgesia.The pain degree was compared between the two groups when the dilation of uterine orifice was 2-3 cm,when hot compress was applied for 30 min,and when the dilation of uterine orifice was full.The number of cases converted to cesarean section during vaginal trial labor,the time of the first and second stages of labor,the amount of blood loss at 2 hours after delivery,and the situation of neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in pain degree between the two groups when the uterine orifice was enlarged by 2-3 cm(P>0.05);the pain degrees of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 30 min of hot compress analgesia and the whole time of uterine opening,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 11 cases converted to cesarean section in the observation group and 18 cases in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The first stage of labor and the second stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postpartum blood loss at 2 hours after delivery was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of mild asphyxia in the observation group and 5 cases in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Cassia seeds hot compress bag in primipara labor analgesia can reduce labor pain and promote labor prog
