围绝经期骨质疏松症采用加味六味地黄汤治疗的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加味六味地黄汤治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选择64例围绝经期骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组32例。对照组给予唑来膦酸,研究组在对照组基础上增加六味地黄汤加味。比较治疗前后两组骨密度的变化情况、临床治疗效果、不良反应情况。结果研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组骨密度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者骨密度均高于治疗前,且研究组的骨密度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用加味六味地黄汤治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症既有利于有效控制骨量减少,又能够促进骨生化指标改善,保障临床疗效,安全可行,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal osteoporosis.Methods Sixty-four patients with perimenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and study group,32 cases in each group.The control group was given zoledronic acid,and the study group was added Liuwei dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of bone mineral density,clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the bone mineral density of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal OP is not only beneficial to effectively control bone mass reduction,but also can promote the improvement of bone biochemical indexes,ensure clinical efficacy,safe and feasible,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
