自拟宫外孕汤治疗输卵管异位妊娠的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在输卵管异位妊娠中运用自拟宫外孕汤治疗的临床效果。方法选取70例输卵管异位妊娠患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组35例。对照组患者给予米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,研究组在对常规治疗的基础上给予自拟宫外孕汤治疗。观察并比较两组患者临床治疗效果,统计治疗前后两组性激素的水平、临床症状、不良反应情况。结果治疗后,研究组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组性激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组雌二醇(E_(2))、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、孕酮(P)以及促黄体生成素(LH)水平均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组腹痛症状消失时间、血HCG的转阴时间及包块消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟宫外孕汤治疗输卵管异位妊娠效果较好,可调节性激素水平,改善临床症状,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made gongwaiyun decoction in the treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 70 cases of tubal ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and study group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate,while the study group was treated with self-made gongwaiyun decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared.The levels of sex hormones,clinical symptoms and adverse reactions before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E_(2)),human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),progesterone(P)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain symptoms,the time of blood HCG turning negative and the time of mass disappearance in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made gongwaiyun decoction is effective in the treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy.It can regulate sex hormone level,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
