摘　　要：目的探讨定经汤联合针刺疗法治疗肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法选取70例肾虚肝郁型PCOS不孕患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组35例。对照组给予单纯西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加定经汤联合针刺疗法治疗。比较两组卵泡发育、内膜厚度、排卵及妊娠情况、睡眠质量。结果研究组卵泡发育情况优于对照组,内膜厚度厚于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组睡眠质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定经汤联合针刺疗法治疗肾虚肝郁型PCOS不孕患者,能改善PCOS不孕患者卵泡发育情况,促进排卵及改善内膜厚度,提高妊娠率,改善睡眠质量。Objective To explore the effect of Dingjing decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with kidney deficiency and liver depression and its influence on sleep quality.Methods A total of 70 PCOS infertile patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,while the study group was treated with Dingjing decoction and acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Follicle development,intimal thickness,ovulation and pregnancy,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The follicular development of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the intimal thickness was thicker than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,sleep quality of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dingjing decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of PCOS infertility patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression can improve follicle development,promote ovulation and intimal thickness,improve pregnancy rate and sleep quality.
