经阴道超声检查对子宫内膜息肉的诊断效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声检查对子宫内膜息肉的诊断效果。方法选取67例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象。所有患者均予以腹部超声检查以及经阴道超声检查。收集并分析两种检查方法的诊断准确率、对不同息肉类型诊断准确率、图像清晰度、患者舒适度、患者满意度。结果经阴道超声检查准确率高于经腹部超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);误诊率、漏诊率低于经腹部超声检查,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经阴道超声检查对内膜息肉、黏膜下肌瘤的诊断准确率均高于经腹部超声检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道超声检查图像清晰度高于经腹部超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道超声检查患者舒适度总分低于经腹部超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种检查方法患者满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉患者采用经阴道超声检查,诊断准确度较高,图像清晰度较好,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of transvaginal ultrasonography on endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 67 cases of endometrial polyps were selected as the research objects.Abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography were performed in all patients.The diagnostic accuracy of the two methods,the diagnostic accuracy of different polyp types,image clarity,patient comfort and patient satisfaction were collected and analyzed.Results The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound,and the difTerence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were lower than those of transabdominal ultrasound,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound for intimal polyps and submucosal myoma was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The image clarity of transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total comfort score of patients with transvaginal ultrasound was lower than that of patients with transabdominal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in patient satisfaction between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound in endometrial polyps patients has higher diagnostic accuracy and better image definition,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
