经腹部超声检查与经阴道超声检查联合诊断妇产科急腹症的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹部超声检查联合经阴道超声检查诊断妇产科急腹症的价值。方法选择67例疑似妇产科急腹症患者为研究对象,所有患者均给予经腹部超声检查和经阴道超声检查。妇产科急腹症诊断以病理结果为判断依据。比较经腹部超声检查、经阴道超声检查与经腹部超声检查联合经阴道超声检查检出率、诊断符合率、诊断敏感度、特异度。结果经腹部超声检查与经阴道超声检查联合诊断检出率均高于单独经腹部超声检查、单独经阴道超声检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);单独经腹部超声检查与单独经阴道超声检查检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经腹部超声检查与经阴道超声检查联合诊断诊断符合率、敏感度、特异度均高于单独经腹部超声检查、单独经阴道超声检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);单独经腹部超声检查与单独经阴道超声检查的诊断符合率、敏感度、特异度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经腹部超声检查联合经阴道超声检查诊断妇产科急腹症检出率较高,诊断结果准确,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound examination by abdomen combined with transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 67 patients with suspected acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by ultrasound examination by abdomen and ultrasound scanning by vagina.The diagnosis of acute abdomen in gynecology and obstetrics is based on pathological results.The detection rate,diagnostic coincidence rate,diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound examination by abdomen examination,ultrasound scanning by vagina examination and ultrasound examination by abdomen examination combined with ultrasound scanning by vagina examination were compared.Results The detection rate of ultrasound examination by abdomen combined with ultrasound scanning by vagina was higher than that of ultrasound examination by abdomen alone or ultrasound scanning by vagina alone,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate between ultrasound examination by abdomen alone and ultrasound scanning by vagina alone(P>0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound examination by abdomen combined with ultrasound scanning by vagina were higher than those of ultrasound examination by abdomen alone or ultrasound scanning by vagina alone,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity between ultrasound examination by abdomen alone and ultrasound scanning by vagina alone(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound examination by abdomen combined with ultrasound scanning by vagina in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in gynecology and obstetrics has a high detection rate and accurate diagnosis result,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
