回授法健康教育对初产妇母乳喂养知识和母乳喂养率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨回授法健康教育对初产妇母乳喂养知识和母乳喂养率的影响。方法选取112例初产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组56例。对照组给予传统护理,观察组给予回授法健康教育。比较两组母乳喂养知识掌握情况、心理状态、自我护理能力和母乳喂养成功率。结果护理前,两组母乳喂养知识掌握情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组母乳喂养知识得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组心理状态、自我护理能力得分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分均低于对照组,自我护理能力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组初产妇母乳喂养成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论回授法健康教育应用于初产妇护理中,可有效丰富初产妇母乳喂养知识,改善其心理状态,提高产妇自我护理能力和母乳喂养成功率。Objective To explore the effect of feedback health education on breast-feeding knowledge and breast-feeding rate of primipara.Methods A total of 112 primiparas were randomly divided into control group and observation group,56 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing,and the observation group was given feedback health education.The mastery of breastfeeding knowledge,psychological state,self-care ability and breastfeeding success rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in breastfeeding knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of breastfeeding knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of mental state and self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the self-care ability was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the breastfeeding success rate of primiparas in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of feedback health education in primiparas nursing can effectively enrich the knowledge of primiparas breastfeeding,improve their psychological state,improve their self-care ability and breastfeeding success rate.
