摘 要:以原料丰富的煤炭副产物煤沥青为碳源,采用KOH高温活化法制备煤沥青基多孔炭材料,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和氮气吸附脱附仪(BET),分析多孔炭电极材料表面形貌、内部结构和孔结构参数,采用电化学工作站对样品的恒流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗谱等电化学性能进行考察。结果表明,经过高温活化的煤沥青比表面积明显增大,为282.52 m^(2)/g,平均孔径约为4.761 nm;采用KOH活化后的煤沥青电化学性能优异,在6 mol/L KOH电解液溶液中、电流密度0.5 A/g下,比电容为216.5 F/g。Using coal pitch as carbon source,the porous carbon materials based coal pitch were obtained by high temperature activation with KOH.The surface morphology,internal structure and pore structure parameters of porous carbon electrode materials were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),infrared spectrometer(FIIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and nitrogen adsorption desorption(BET).The electrochemical properties of the samples were investigated by using electrochemical workstation,such as constant current charge-discharge,cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the specific surface area and the average pore size of the coal pitch are 282.52 m^(2)/g and 4.761 nm,respectively.In addition,the activated coal pitch has excellent electrochemical performance,and the specific capacitance is 216.5 F/g in 6 mol/L KOH electrolyte and current density 0.5 A/g.
