摘 要:采用有限元软件对自吸式搅拌反应器的流动特性进行数值模拟。研究气体分散通道叶片数目、下层桨叶宽度、搅拌介质对搅拌反应器内部流场特性的影响。结果表明,当气体分散通道叶片数目较多时,气体分散通道外缘与筒体壁之间区域的速度分布先增大后减小;当下层桨叶宽度较大时,反应器内流体整体流速增加,流体混合更加均匀;搅拌介质不同时,内部流体的流动特性存在较大差异,流体介质的黏度越大,反应器内混合效果越差,不利于反应器整体利用效率的提高。The flow characteristics of the self-inspirating stirred reactor were numerically simulated by finite element software.The effects of the number of blades in the gas dispersion channel,the width of the lower blades,and the stirring medium on the internal flow field characteristics of the stirred reactor were studied.The research results show that when the number of blades in the gas dispersion channel is large,the velocity distribution in the area between the outer edge of the gas dispersion channel and the cylinder wall first increases and then decreases.When the width of the lower blades is large,the overall flow velocity of the fluid in the reactor increases,and the fluid mixing is more uniform.When the stirring medium is different,the flow characteristics of the internal fluid are quite different.The greater the viscosity of the fluid medium,the worse the mixing effect in the reactor,which is not conducive to the improvement of the overall utilization efficiency of the reactor.
