摘　　要：目的:调查研究甘肃省中部地区柴胡属(Bupleurum)植物资源。方法:通过对第四次全国中药资源普查甘肃省数据进行整理,结合文献资料,对甘肃省中部地区柴胡属植物种类、分布、栽培现状、药用现状进行分析。结果:甘肃省中部地区野生分布柴胡属植物16种6变种,其中10种5变种有药用记载;该地区近1/3的县种植柴胡,陇西县和甘谷县栽培面积较大。结论:甘肃省中部地区野生柴胡属植物资源丰富多样、分布广泛。该地区独特的生态环境适宜柴胡属植物种植。建议在明确柴胡属植物基原的基础上,结合当地实际情况,大力开发和利用柴胡资源。Objective:To investigate the resources of the Bupleurum species in central Gansu province.Methods:Through data collection,selection,sorting,supplement,and verification of the fourth national survey on Chinese materia medica in Gansu province,combining with literature review,the species,distribution,cultivation status,and medicinal status of Bupleurum species in central Gansu province were analyzed.Results:There are 16 species and 6 varieties of Bupleurum in central Gansu province,of which 10 species and 5 varieties can be used for medicine.Nearly 1/3 of counties in central Gansu Province have Bupleurum cultivation,and Longxi County and Gangu County have larger cultivation areas compared with other counties.Conclusion:Wild Bupleurum species are abundant and widely distributed in central Gansu province.The unique ecological environment in this area is suitable for the cultivation of the Bupleurum species.It is suggested to develop and utilize Bupleurum resources on the basis of clarifying the source of Bupleurum and combining with the local actual situation.
