摘　　要：目的:以2个金荞麦新品系为研究对象,探讨不同刈割茬次对饲药兼用金荞麦产量及品质的影响。方法:对金荞麦饲草的鲜质量、干质量、粗蛋白和粗纤维含量,以及根茎产量和表儿茶素含量进行分析比较。结果:在相同刈割茬次条件下,金荞麦品系1和2在饲草的产量、粗蛋白和粗纤维含量,以及根茎的产量和表儿茶素含量差异无统计学意义;随着刈割茬次的增加,金荞麦饲草粗蛋白含量显著增加,而粗纤维含量则显著降低(P<0.05);随着刈割茬次的增加,根茎产量显著降低(P<0.05),对其表儿茶素含量无显著影响。结论:在平衡饲草和根茎的产量和品质时,金荞麦最佳刈割茬次为2~3次。Objective:To study the effects of mowing times on the yield and quality of new lines of Fagopyrum dibotrys.Methods:The content of fresh weight,dry weight,crude protein,and crude fiber in the aboveground part(forage),as well as the yield and epicatechin content of rhizome,were measured and compared.Results:Under the same mowing times,the yield,crude protein,and crude fiber content of the aboveground part,as well as the yield and epicatechin content of the rhizome,showed no significant differences between lines No.1 and No.2.With the increase in mowing times,the crude protein content in the aboveground part increased,while the crude fiber content decreased(P<0.05).Further,as the mowing times increased,the rhizome yield decreased(P<0.05),while the epicatechin content did not change significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Considering both the yield and quality of the aboveground forage and the underground rhizome,F.dibotrys should be mowed 2-3 times.
