摘　　要：在信息技术应用逐渐普及的过程中,“互联网+”思维逐步诞生,这一思维与新时代的发展需求更为契合,并可为行业发展改革产生有力驱动。在高校学生管理中融合“互联网+”思维,能提升学生管理工作内容的丰富性、促进学生管理工作形式的创新性,并可为学生管理工作的信息化发展提供支持,助力高校学生管理机制完善、提升学生管理能力。为此,本文从互联网时代高校学生管理特征分析入手,阐述“互联网+”思维模式下高校学生管理受到的影响,并基于“互联网+”思维模式,提出了高校学生管理的优化路径与实现策略,旨在通过“互联网+”思维的科学应用,优化高校学生管理成效,为社会培育更多优质人才。In the process of the gradual popularization of information technology application,the"Internet+"thinking is born gradually,which is more suitable for the development needs in the new era,and can produce a strong drive for the development and reform of the industry.The integration of"Internet+"thinking in college students management can enhance the richness of students management content,promote the innovation of students management work form,and provide support for the information development of students management work,help improve the mechanism of college students management and enhance the ability of students management.To this end,the article from Internet era characteristic analysis on the management of university students,expounds the mode of thinking of"Internet+"the impact on university students'management,and based on the"Internet+"thinking mode,put forward the optimization path and implementation strategy of the management of university students,through scientific application of the"Internet+"thinking,optimization of students management in colleges and universities,we will cultivate more high-quality talents for the society.
