摘　　要：建立了婴幼儿化妆品中5种禁用酮类香料的液相色谱–串联质谱法快速筛查方法。样品经乙腈超声萃取,氮吹浓缩,用甲醇和0.1%甲酸水溶液作为流动相,经HP C_(18)色谱柱梯度洗脱分离,质谱仪定性、定量。5种酮类香料的质量浓度在0.5~50.0μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均不小于0.998,检出限为0.03~0.15μg/kg,定量限为0.1~0.5μg/kg,平均加标回收率为84.3%~100.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.8%(n=6)。该法适用于快速筛查复杂基质婴幼儿化妆品中5种禁用酮类香料,为进一步补充和完善婴幼儿化妆品中禁用酮类物质的卫生规范和质量监管提供技术支持。A rapid screening method of liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS)for the determination of five banned ketone fragrances in infant cosmetics was established.The sample was ultrasonically extracted with acetonitrile,concentrated by nitrogen blowing.Methanol and 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution were used as the mobile phases,and the sample was separated by gradient elution of HP C_(18) chromatographic column,qualitative and quantitative analysis were performed by mass spectrometer.The mass concentration of 5 banned ketone fragrances presented a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.5–50.0μg/mL,the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.998,the detection limits were 0.03–0.15μg/kg,the limits of quantification were 0.1–0.5μg/kg.The average recoveries of standard addition were 84.3%–100.6%,the relative standard deviations of determination results were 1.3%–3.8%(n=6).The method is suitable for the rapid screening of 5 banned ketone fragrances in complex matrix infant cosmetics,which can be used to further supplement and improve the technical support for hygiene regulations and quality supervision of banned ketones in cosmetics infant's cosmetics.
