摘　　要：为调整改善河南黄河河道不利河势、拓宽局部窄河段、减小工程出险概率,在现有河道整治工程布局的基础上,提出了河道整治疏浚措施,配合河道整治工程共同发挥作用,解决不利河势问题,减轻防洪抢险压力,实现安全度汛。通过分析河南黄河河道存在的问题,结合河势变化及工程出险情况,分析确定疏浚河段;制定疏浚不超过规划治导线等原则,针对不同疏浚河段的具体情况,确定疏浚平面布置及疏浚控制高程等参数;针对疏浚实施作用,结合不同河段情况进行具体分析。研究表明:现状河道条件下,因势利导实施疏浚作为河道整治工程的有机补充,是解决河南黄河不利河势问题的有效措施,同时也是落实黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展规划纲要的具体行动。In order to adjust and improve the unfavorable river regime for the wandering reaches in Henan section of the Yellow River,widen the local narrow reaches and reduce the probability of engineering dangers,based on the existing layout of the river training works,river training and dredging measures were proposed.Cooperating with river training works,complement each other and play a role together to solve the issue of unfavorable river regime,so as to reduce the pressure of flood control and rescue,and realize the security of flood control in the future.By analyzing the existing problems of the wandering section in Henan Province,combined with the changes of the river situation and the accident situation of the project,the dredging section was analyzed and determined.Formulate the principle that dredging should not ex⁃ceed the planning control line.According to the specific conditions of different river dredging sections,determined the dredging plane layout,dredging control elevation and other parameters,and analyzed the effect of dredging implementation in combination with the conditions of dif⁃ferent river sections.The research results show that the implementation of dredging for wandering section in Henan section of the Yellow Riv⁃er,as an organic supplement to the river training works,is an effective measure to solve the issue of unfavorable river regime according to the situation under the current river conditions,which is also a specific action to implement the outline of the ecological protection and high⁃qual⁃ity development plan in the Yellow River Basin.
