长江经济带收缩城市人居环境发展质量耦合协调时空差异及影响因素

摘　　要：随着中国城镇化建设逐渐进入提质减量新阶段,人口外流、经济衰退、公共服务退化、环境污染等一系列城市矛盾愈加难以调和,受其影响,收缩城市功能结构变化显著,城市人居环境质量发展不平衡日益凸显。基于此,选取长江经济带为研究对象,构建多维度指标体系对收缩城市人居环境发展质量及其耦合协调度时空格局演变特征进行分析,并进行相关分析探究其驱动因素。结果显示:(1)2010—2019年,长江经济带共33个收缩城市,占城市总量的30%,以轻度收缩为主;(2)整体来看,时间维度上,2010—2019年长江经济带收缩城市人居环境综合发展质量整体呈现波动下降的趋势;空间维度上,长江经济带收缩城市人居环境综合发展质量呈现出中心城市周边汇聚提升,四周相对下降的空间演变特征;(3)分系统来看,人口与文化环境质量的空间格局较为均衡,社会经济环境质量的空间格局较为稳定,公共基础服务环境质量的空间格局较为剧烈,生态环境的空间格局相似于居住环境质量,其时空变化较为失衡;(4)长江经济带收缩城市人居环境发展质量耦合协调度虽呈下降趋势,但整体水平偏高,其中长江经济带下游地区收缩城市明显高于中上游地区收缩城市,区域差异显著;(5)经济发展效率、政府投入力度为上游地区收缩城市人居环境建设的主导动力;公共基础服务、居住条件的改善是中游地区收缩城市人居环境建设的内在驱动力、人居软硬环境的综合建设是下游地区收缩城市人居环境建设的重要途径。As China s urbanization construction gradually enters a new stage of quality improvement and quantity reduction,a series of urban contradictions such as population outflow,economic recession,public service degradation and environmental pollution are becoming more and more difficult to reconcile.Under the influence of these contradictions,the functional structure of shrinking urban has changed significantly,and the quality imbalance of urban living environment has become increasingly prominent.Based on this,this paper selected the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,constructed a multidimensional index system to analyze the evolution characteristics of the spatio-temporal pattern of the development quality of human settlement environment and its coupling coordination degree in shrinking cities,and conducted correlation analysis to explore its driving factors.The results show that:(1)From 2010 to 2019,33 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt contracted,accounting for 30%of the total number of cities.(2)Overall,from the time dimension,the comprehensive development quality of human settlements in the shrinking urban of the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed a trend of fluctuation and decline.(3)From the spatial dimension,the quality of comprehensive development of human settlements in shrinking urban of the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows the spatial evolution characteristics of convergence and improvement around central cities and relative decline around them.Quality of population and cultural environment of space,a more balanced pattern of the social economy environment the quality of the spatial pattern of public infrastructure services environment is relatively stable,the quality of the spatial pattern of more severe and ecological environment spatial pattern similar to living environment quality,its space-time change relatively quality of urban human settlements environment development imbalances.(4)the Yangtze river economic belt contraction coupling coordination degree is a downward trend.
