从“左寸沉细者怔忡不寐”探析脉证相参对失眠疾病诊疗的意义

摘　　要：高速的社会发展使失眠疾病呈现高发态势,诸多失眠患者表现为“心阴血虚”的病态,且这类患者多出现左寸脉沉细的特征性脉象。临证时依靠良好的脉诊能力往往能做到驭繁为简、蔓引株求,该文以“心阴血虚”不寐为例,将其特征脉象“左寸沉细”作为切入点追溯该型“不寐”的因机证治,从而探讨脉诊对失眠疾病处方用药以及判断病情演变的重要指导意义。The high-speed social development has led to a high incidence of insomnia,and many insomnia patients bear the"syndrome of heart yin and blood defi ciency",and most of them present the characteristic pulse manifestations of being deep and thready in the left Cun pulse.Accordingly,in clinical practice,syndromes of insomnia can usually be diff erentiated by referring to these typical pulse manifestations,in a simpler yet analogical manner.Taking insomnia with the"syndrome of heart yin and blood defi ciency"as an example,taking its characteristic pulse manifestations as the breakthrough point,this article tends to investigate the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment method of this specifi c type of insomnia,so as to explore the important guiding significance of pulse taking in deciding its prescription and medication and judging the evolution of the disease.
