摘　　要：肠道菌群和肿瘤脂质微环境对话与乳腺癌的进展和转移密切相关。妇人以冲任为本,冲任之为病多责之于肝脾,土虚木乘、冲任失调是乳腺癌发生与发展的核心病机。丹栀逍遥散可以“肝脾-冲任同调”,可能部分通过干预肠道菌群与肿瘤脂质微环境对话,从而影响乳腺癌的进展与转移。The interaction between intestinal flora and tumor lipid microenvironment is closely related to the progression and metastasis of breast cancer.The thoroughfare channel and conception channel play a foundational role in women,yet diseases caused by the two channels can mostly be attributed to the liver and spleen,with the deficient spleen being subjugated by the liver and the disharmony between the thoroughfare and conception channels as the core pathogenesis of breast cancer occurrence and development.Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder can regulate the liver and spleen,co-harmonize the thoroughfare channel and the conception channel,which may aff ect the progression and metastasis of breast cancer partly by intervening in the interaction between intestinal fl ora and tumor lipid microenvironment.
