刃针结合温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察和评价刃针结合温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取60例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例。其中对照组行电针治疗,治疗组采用刃针结合温针灸治疗,每次30 min,每2天治疗1次,10次为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组治疗前后Lequene&Mery严重度指数评分、滑膜厚度及髌上囊积液评估治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率为90.0%,对照组为63.3%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗后Lequene&Mery严重度指数评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组滑膜厚度及髌上囊积液深度均小于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组滑膜厚度及积液深度均较对照组减少(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗和刃针结合温针疗法都对膝骨关节炎有较好的治疗作用,刃针结合温针灸治疗在改善膝关节功能、减少滑膜厚度及髌上囊积液深度方面效果更佳。Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical eff ect of akupotomye combined with warming needle moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electro-acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with akupotomye combined with warming needle moxibustion,30 minutes each time,once every two days,10 times as a course of treatment,for two consecutive courses.The Lequine&Mery severity index scores,synovial thickness and suprapatellar sac effusion were compared between the two groups before and after treatment and their treatment effects were evaluated.Results The overall eff ectiveness of treatment was 90.0%in the treatment group and 63.3%in the control group,and the effi cacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Lequine&Mery severity index scores were decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The thickness of synovial membrane and the depth of effusion in the suprapatellar sac were lower than before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both electro-acupuncture and akupotomye combined with warming needle moxibustion have a good therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis,while the latter is more eff ective in improving the knee joint function,reducing the synovial membrane thickness and the depth of suprapatellar sac eff usion.
