创新文化建设视角下深圳光明科学城发展思考

摘　　要：光明科学城是深圳综合性国家科学中心的先行启动区和核心承载区,2022年,光明区围绕科学城发展提出了打造“原始创新策源地,科研经济先行地,创新人才集聚地”的目标。从创新文化建设视角看光明科学城的创新实践:大科学装置为科技创新和创新文化的培育提供了平台支撑,高层人才的集聚为创新文化的发展提供活性要素和能动性,而协同创新氛围、科技成果转化等机制的完善则能激发出创新活力,形成创新思维和创新价值观,诸多创新要素的整合以期孕育出特色鲜明的创新文化。Guangming Science City is the first start-up area and core bearing area of Shenzhen compre⁃hensive national science center.In 2022,Guangming District put forward the goal of creating"the origi⁃nal innovation source,the scientific research economy first,and the innovation talent gathering place"around the development of Science City.From the perspective of innovation culture construction,the in⁃novation practice of Guangming Science City:large scientific devices provide a platform support for sci⁃entific and technological innovation and the cultivation of innovation culture,the gathering of high-level talents provides active elements and initiative for the development of innovation culture,and the improve⁃ment of collaborative innovation atmosphere,scientific and technological achievements transformation and other mechanisms can stimulate innovation vitality,form innovative thinking and innovative values.The integration of many innovative elements is expected to breed a distinctive innovation culture.
