医用防护服用国产闪蒸法非织造布浅析

摘　　要：分别从形态结构、拉伸强度、耐磨性与安全性方面,对当盛新材料有限公司生产的国产闪蒸法非织造布与医用防护领域常用的纺黏覆膜布和纺黏-熔喷-纺黏(SMS)复合非织造布进行对比。分析国产闪蒸法非织造布与进口闪蒸法非织造布主要性能指标的差异。通过试验探讨当盛新材闪蒸法非织造布的灭菌适应性和耐老化性能。结果表明,国产闪蒸法非织造布的综合性能优于市场常见的医用防护纺织品,其性能与进口闪蒸法非织造布产品相当,并具有优良的灭菌适应性和耐热老化性能。The domestic flash-spun nonwoven produced by Dangs New-Materials Co.,Ltd.was compared with the common medical protective textiles such as film laminated spunbond nonwoven and spunbond-meltblown-spunbond(SMS)composite nonwoven from the respects of morphological structure,tensile strength,abrasion resistant capability and safety.The main performance differences between the domestic flash-spun nonwoven and the imported flash-spun nonwoven were analyzed.The sterilization adaptability and ageing resistance performance of the domestic flash-spun nonwoven produced by Dangs were also discussed by experiments.The results indicated that the domestic flash-spun nonwoven had better overall performance than that of common medical protective textiles in the market,and its performance was comparable to that of imported flash-spun products,meanwhile,it had excellent sterilization adaptability and ageing resistance performance.
