江西省农业种质资源保护与利用现状、问题与对策

摘　　要：农业种质资源是保障国家粮食安全与重要农产品供给的战略性资源,是农业科技原始创新与现代种业发展的物质基础,种源安全关系国家安全。新中国成立以来,特别是“十三五”时期,江西省积极推进农业种质资源保护与利用工作,挖掘培育了一批新种质,为保障粮食安全和支撑农业供给侧结构性改革做出了重要贡献。文章主要从江西省农业种质资源保护与利用现状、存在的问题入手,提出加快江西省农业种质资源保护利用的对策建议,为相关部门决策提供依据和参考。Agricultural germplasm resources are the strategic resources to ensure the national food security and the supply of important agricultural products.They are the material foundation of the original innovation of agricultural science and technology and the development of modern seed industry.Since 1949,especially during the 13th fiveyear plan period,Jiangxi province had actively promoted the conservation and utilization of agricultural germplasm resources,dug and cultivated a number of new GERMPLASM,and made important contributions to ensuring food security and supporting agricultural supply-side structural reform.Based on the general situation and existing problems of the protection and utilization of agricultural germplasm resources in Jiangxi province,this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the protection and utilization of agricultural germplasm resources in Jiangxi province,in order to provide basis and reference for relevant departments to formulate policies on strengthening the protection and utilization of agricultural germplasm resources.
