摘 要:目的:探讨利奈唑胺不良反应发生的规律及危险因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索2000年1月至2021年12月中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等中外文数据库报道的利奈唑胺不良反应个案报道,提取相关数据进行统计学分析。结果:共收集相关文献113篇,包括154例利奈唑胺不良反应,男性99例(64.29%),女性55例(35.71%),男女比例为1.8∶1;60岁以上患者发生率最高(55.20%);不良反应出现时间在3~28 d的最多(68.18%);不良反应累及全身多个系统/器官,其中血液系统损害(血小板减少、全血细胞减少等)占比最多(51.14%),其次为代谢系统损害(乳酸性酸中毒和高乳酸血症;25.00%)。统计结果表明年龄、性别、过敏史、合并用药、日剂量、给药途径以及给药疗程等危险因素与血液系统和代谢系统损害可能无关。结论:利奈唑胺不良反应可累及全身各个系统/器官,长期使用易致严重药品不良反应,建议临床医师和药师重视利奈唑胺所致的不良反应,使用时加强监测,以减少药品不良反应的发生。OBJECTIVE To explore the regularity and risk factors of adverse drug reactions caused by linezolid,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.METHODS The case reports of linezolid adverse reactions reported in Chinese and foreign databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and PubMed from January 2000 to December 2021 were retrieved,and relevant data were extracted for statistical analysis.RESULTS A total of 113 related literatures were collected,including 154 cases of linezolid adverse reactions,99 cases were male(64.29%),55 cases were female(35.71%),the ratio of male to female was 1.8∶1,and the incidence rate of patients over 60 years old was the highest(55.20%);Adverse reactions occurred most in 3-28 days(68.18%);Adverse reactions involved multiple systems/organs in the body,of which blood system damage(thrombocytopenia,pancytopenia,etc.)accounted for the most(51.14%),followed by Metabolic damage(lactic acidosis and hyperlactatemia;25.00%).Statistical results showed that risk factors such as age,sex,allergic history,concomitant medication,daily dose,route of administration,and duration of administration were not associated with damage to the blood system and metabolic system.CONCLUSION The adverse reactions of linezolid can effect various systems/organs in the body,and long-term use may lead to serious adverse drug reactions.It is suggested that clinicians/pharmacists should pay attention to the adverse reactions caused by linezolid,and strengthen monitoring during use to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
