摘　　要：尽管俄乌冲突对世界大部分地区,当然也包括中国和印度的粮食、燃料、化肥和其他商品的短缺及价格上涨产生了影响,但同时也为中印之间的双边互动增加了某种积极因素,也提升了双方在解决乌克兰危机的发展趋势方面的共同影响力。事实上,虽然中国和印度在乌克兰冲突问题上表现出了非常相似的态度,反映出了不偏袒任何一方的共同而坚定的立场倾向,但也都努力争取早日结束乌克兰冲突。乌克兰冲突表明,美国必须想办法腾出空间来容纳中国、印度和俄罗斯,而不是寻求通过与印度合作来对抗中国和俄罗斯。虽然当前的重点是必须首先和平解决乌克兰冲突,毕竟这次冲突对正在崛起的大国和维持现状的大国来说都具有深远影响。对于中印关系来说,乌克兰冲突将被铭记,因为它加速了两国在地区和全球事务中的协调,使其学会了以共同的姿态但不同的政策方式合作,这也是管理复杂双边关系的一个典型例子。While negatively impacting much of the world including of course China and India in terms of shortages of food,fuel,fertilisers and other commodities and their rising prices,Ukraine crisis added a certain positive element to their bilateral interactions as also increased their collective weight in determining trends of resolving Ukraine conflict.In fact,both China and India had displayed very similar narratives on Ukraine conflict and reflected their shared robust inclination to not take sides but yet work for an early end of Ukraine conflict.What Ukraine crisis showed was that the U.S.must find ways to makes space to accommodate China,India and Russia instead of seeking to counter China and Russia by co-opting India.While currently the priority is to resolve the Ukraine conflict peacefully yet it also has important long-term lessons for both ascending aspirant nations as also status-quo powers.For Sino-Indian relations,Ukraine conflict will be remembered for accelerating their coordination in regional and global affairs by learning to work with the shared and yet distinct policy postures,which marks one more example of managing their changing and complicated equations.
