门九章运用苏子理肺汤治疗肺癌术后临床验案研究

摘　　要：肺癌作为临床常见恶性肿瘤,其术后化疗过程十分痛苦,门九章教授从临床出发,基于经典方剂,结合古人用方经验,辨证运用自拟苏子理肺汤治疗肺癌术后引起的各种并发症和不良反应,临床效果显著。本文从苏子理肺汤方剂组成及临床案例进行分析,深入研究门九章教授治疗疾病的临床思路,进一步总结其治疗肺癌的临床方证经验。As a common clinical malignant tumor,lung cancer is very painful in the postoperative chemotherapy process,Professor MEN Jiuzhang started from the clinic,based on classical prescriptions,combined with the experience of ancient people,using self-imitation Suzi Lifei decoction to treat various complications and adverse reactions caused by lung cancer surgery,and the clinical effect was remarkable.In this paper,the composition of Suzi Lifei decoction prescription and clinical cases are analyzed,and the clinical ideas of Professor MEN Jiuzhang in the treatment of diseases are deeply studied,and the clinical prescription experience of his treatment of lung cancer is further summarized.
