摘　　要：外形寒与内饮冷是小儿肺系疾病的主要致病原因,脾运失健是导致疾病迁延难愈的关键。该文总结了史正刚教授运用温肺运脾法治疗小儿肺系疾病所提出的祛风散寒、消风化痰、运脾行滞三法,及应用以上三法治疗小儿肺炎、咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床经验。后附验案一则,以资验证。Cold appearance and internal drinking cold are the main causes of pulmonary disease in children,and spleen failure is the key to the delay and incurability of the disease.This paper summarizes the three methods of dispelling wind and cold,eliminating sputum and spleen stagnation proposed by Professor SHI Zhenggang using the warm lung and spleen method to treat pediatric pulmonary diseases,and the clinical experience of applying the above three methods to treat pediatric pulmonitis and cough variant asthma.A copy of the inspection case is attached to it for verification.
