周晋华运用益气养阴散结法辨治肺结节经验

摘　　要：对于无手术指征早期肺结节的治疗,周晋华主任根据多年临床经验,认为相对于西医影像学随访的手段,在此基础上添加中医干预不仅促进良性结节的吸收,还可以抑制恶性结节的发展,肺结节初期多无临床表现,但五脏功能已初受影响。因此,周主任通过辨证论治,运用益气养阴散结的治疗方法,针对气阴两虚型的早期肺结节患者,通过整体观念和辨证施治的灵活结合,将汤剂与院内制剂复方守宫散联合运用,扶正祛邪,缓解气阴亏虚以治本;攻除痰瘀,散结通肺络以治标,达到标本同治的目的。For the treatment of early lung nodule without surgical indications,Director Zhou Jinhua,based on years of clinical experience,believes that compared with the means of Western medical imaging follow-up,adding traditional Chinese medicine intervention on this basis not only promotes the absorption of benign nodules,but also inhibits the development of malignant nodules.Therefore,through dialectical discussion and treatment,Director Zhou uses the treatment method of beneficial qi and yin and yin scattered knots,and for patients with early lung nodules with qi and yin deficiency types,through the flexible combination of overall concept and dialectical treatment,the decoction is combined with the compound of the preparation in our hospital to help correct and dispel evil,alleviate the deficiency of qi and yin to cure the root cause;Attack and remove sputum stasis,scatter the pulmonary network to treat the symptoms,and achieve the purpose of treating the symptoms and the root causes.
