独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

摘　　要：独活寄生汤出自《备急千金要方》,用于治疗腰腿痛。经临床使用证明,该方是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的经典中药方剂,中医理论认为其具有补气血、益肝肾、祛风湿、止痹痛之功效,现代对其药理作用机制研究显示独活寄生汤具有抗炎、镇痛、调节软骨细胞增殖及凋亡等作用,对腰椎间盘突出症治疗有良好的作用。综述近些年有关独活寄生汤的文献报道,对独活寄生汤的实验研究和临床研究进行探讨总结,以期为独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供理论基础,为进一步科研提供参考。Duhuo Jisheng decoction prepared acute Chijin Yuan Fang for the treatment of low back and leg pain.It has been proved to be a classical TCM formula for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by clinical use,and the theory of TCM holds that it has the efficacy of toning Qi,invigorating liver and kidney,eliminating wind dampness,and stopping Bi pain,and modern studies on its pharmacological mechanism of action show that the Duhuo Jisheng decoction has anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and regulating chondrocyte proliferation and apoptosis,which has good effects for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.A review of the literature reports of the past few years on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,an attempt to summarize the experimental studies and clinical studies of the treatment of the disease,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and providing a reference for further research.
