摘　　要：血脂异常患病率高,它会引起动脉粥样硬化,导致心脑血管和周围血管病变,危及人类健康。目前主要采用口服调脂药治疗,但调脂药存在不良反应及耐受性等问题。程晓昱教授出生中医世家(新安医学程氏内科第十代传人),安徽省名中医,全国首届杰出百名女中医。在长期临床治疗血脂异常疾病中有着独到的体会与见解,自拟调脂汤治疗该病。程教授认为血脂异常中医可归属于“血浊”,具有“粘、滞、虚、瘀”等特点,属本虚标实,本虚为脏腑虚损,标实为痰浊、气滞、血瘀。程教授提出以标本兼治为治疗原则,治以健脾益气、化痰祛瘀,在临床治疗中取得极佳的疗效。The prevalence of dyslipidemia is high,which can cause atherosclerosis,lead to cardiovascular,cerebrovascular and peripheral vascular lesions,endangering human health.At present,oral lipid-lowering drugs are mainly used for treatment,but there are problems such as adverse reactions and tolerance of lipid-lowering drugs.Professor CHENG Xiaoyu was born in a family of traditional Chinese medicine (the tenth generation descendant of CHENG’s Internal Medicine Department of Xin’an Medicine),a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Anhui Province,and the first national outstanding 100 female Chinese medicine doctor.He has unique experience and insights in the long-term clinical treatment of dyslipidemia,and self-made Tiaozhi Decoction to treat the disease.Professor CHENG believes that dyslipidemia can be attributed to “blood turbidity” in traditional Chinese medicine,which has the characteristics of “stickiness,stagnation,deficiency and blood stasis”.Stasis.Professor CHENG put forward the principle of treating both the symptoms and root causes as the treatment principle,and the treatment is to strengthen the spleen and replenish Qi,resolve phlegm and dispel blood stasis,and achieve excellent curative effect in clinical treatment.
