中医综合治疗对痰瘀互结型高血压病合并睡眠障碍患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合治疗对痰瘀互结型高血压病合并睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:收集符合标准的痰瘀互结型高血压病合并睡眠障碍患者120例,随机分为常规治疗组和中医治疗组各60例。常规治疗组予以常规药物治疗;中医治疗组在常规治疗组治疗基础上予以中医综合治疗,包含中药、耳穴贴压、皮内针、穴位贴敷,疗程为4周。比较2组患者治疗前后血压、睡眠质量情况,并比较2组患者的临床效果以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后中医治疗组的血压、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分低于常规治疗组,疗效评定高于常规治疗组,均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。乏力、头晕、头胀等不良反应发生率中医治疗组低于常规治疗组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗可以控制痰瘀互结型高血压病合并睡眠障碍患者的血压,改善睡眠,减轻临床症状,值得临床上深入研究推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on the patients with phlegm and blood stasis type hypertension complicated with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 120 patients with phlegm and blood stasis interrelated hypertension complicated with sleep disorders were collected and randomly divided into a conventional treatment group and a traditional Chinese medicine treatment group with 60 cases in each.The conventional treatment group was given conventional drug treatment;the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was given TCM comprehensive treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment group,including traditional Chinese medicine,auricular point sticking,intradermal acupuncture,and acupoint sticking,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The blood pressure and sleep quality of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,and the clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)score of the TCM treatment group were lower than those of the conventional treatment group,and the efficacy evaluation was higher than that of the conventional treatment group,with significant differences (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as fatigue,dizziness,bloating,etc.in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that in the conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM comprehensive treatment can control blood pressure in patients with phlegm and blood stasis type hypertension complicated with sleep disorder,improve sleep and relieve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of in-depth clinical research and promotion.
