摘　　要：半夏白术天麻汤传统常用于治疗眩晕之症,其治疗癫痫可谓是标新立异,但究其病因病机,该法与中医异病同治的思想可谓不谋而合,故也常作为治疗癫痫的代表方剂。该文通过探讨半夏白术天麻汤治疗癫痫的研究,以期为临床诊疗及治疗机制提供一定的思路。文章从半夏白术天麻汤的方药配伍、成分研究、中药成分与癫痫相关机制、临床加减运用及该方的基础实验等几方面对近年来该方治疗癫痫的基本情况进行综合概述,并针对不足之处进行讨论展望。Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction is traditionally used in the treatment of vertigo,and its treatment of epilepsy can be described as unconventional.Represents a prescription.This article discusses the research on the treatment of epilepsy with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,in order to provide some ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment and treatment mechanism.This article makes a comprehensive overview of the basic situation of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in treating epilepsy in recent years from the aspects of its prescription compatibility,composition research,Chinese medicine composition and epilepsy-related mechanism,clinical application of addition and subtraction,and basic experiments of this prescription.Discuss the inadequacies.
