摘　　要：本文考察蓝影试剂显现血痕的效果及对后续DNA检验的影响。使用血斑及非血迹类斑痕测试蓝影试剂的显色特异性、灵敏度及对后续人血红蛋白金标试剂条检测、DNA分型检验的影响。结果表明,蓝影试剂可将人和/或动物血痕显现为蓝色,而对多种非血迹类斑痕不显色,具有一定的血痕显现特异性,但84消毒液会造成假阳性结果;蓝影试剂可显现稀释达1万倍的潜血,其与血迹的反应对血红蛋白与抗体的结合有一定的抑制作用,当血液浓度较低时甚至可能导致随后的人血红蛋白检测出现假阴性;显色后的血迹经磁珠法提取纯化DNA,其分型结果不受显色的影响。蓝影试剂能够满足法医物证对血迹的显现要求,可用于DNA检验前的血痕查找或预实验。The effect of Blueblood reagent was here explored on bloodstain being developed into color and the subsequent DNA testing.With the substances of blood and non-blood,Blueblood reagent was tested of its specifi city and sensitivity,and observed of its effect on the subsequent test of both human hemoglobin and DNA genotyping.Blueblood reagent really had both the human and animal bloods developed into blue,therewith manifesting certain specifi city for blood-kind substance though it could come into being false positive with reaction to 84 disinfectant.The reagent was even able to render positive signal from the stain of 10,000-dilution blood.Inhibitory effect was found of Blueblood reagent on the binding of hemoglobin to its antibody,so much as leading to false negative result for the subsequent human hemoglobin test when the relevant blood content was very low.From the Blueblood reagent-dyed bloodstains,DNA could be proved of successful extraction and purifi cation with magnetic beads,leaving its delivered genotyping being unaffectedness from the dyeing process.Blueblood reagent is eligible for bloodstains(even from occult blood)to develop into color,therefore capable of being used for bloodstain identifi cation or presumptive test prior to DNA analysis.
