摘　　要：随着加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的广泛推广,各项ERAS措施在临床上得到普遍认可和应用,术前ERAS宣教也逐渐得到关注。国内外各种ERAS指南或专家共识中均强调围手术期ERAS宣教在外科临床应用中的重要性。ERAS宣教是术前ERAS措施部分的重要内容,也是ERAS示范病房建设必不可少的项目。围手术期ERAS宣教的对象除了患者及家属外,对ERAS多学科团队成员进行宣教也是非常重要的。ERAS宣教的目的是通过各种宣教手段使患者能够充分了解和认识ERAS的内容、安全性和有益性,改变患者对传统观念的依赖和影响,提高患者对ERAS措施的依从性和医患配合,从而促进手术患者的快速康复,减少并发症,缩短术后住院时间。因此,通过建立多层次、多种方式的ERAS宣教及心理辅导制度是ERAS示范病房建设的内在要求,是临床上ERAS措施顺利开展的前提,也是提高患者及其家属依从性、医患配合的重要保证。With the widespread promotion of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),ERAS measures have been widely recognized and applied in clinical practice,and the preoperative propaganda and education of ERAS has gradually received attention.Various ERAS guidelines or expert consensus at home and abroad all emphasize the importance of perioperative ERAS propaganda and education in surgical clinical application.ERAS propaganda and education is an important part of ERAS preoperative measures and an essential item in the construction of ERAS demonstration wards.In addition to patients and their families,it's also important to conduct perioperative education to members of ERAS multidisciplinary team(ERAS-MDT).The purpose of perioperative propaganda and education is to enable patients to fully understand the contents of ERAS,including it's safety and benefits,through various perioperatively educational means,and change the patient's dependence and effects from traditional concepts.To improve patient's compliance and cooperation with ERAS pathways,so as to promote the rapid recovery of the postoperative patients,reduce the complications and shorter postoperative hospital stay.Therefore,the establishment of ERAS education and psychological counseling system at multiple levels and in various ways is an inherent requirement for the construction of ERAS demonstration wards,a prerequisite for the smooth implementation of ERAS measures in clinical practice,and an important guarantee for improving the compliance and doctor-patient cooperation of patients and their families.
