摘  要:目的探讨血清前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)与T2DM周围神经病变(DPN)的相关性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月于我院内分泌科收治的T2DM患者105例,分为单纯T2DM组(T2DM,n=56)和T2DM合并DPN组(DPN,n=49),比较两组血清PCSK9水平及相关指标。结果DPN组年龄、DM病程、BMI、FPG、HbA_(1)c、TC、TG、24 hUAlb、PCSK9高于T2DM组(P<0.05),HOMA-β低于T2DM组(P<0.01)。Spearman相关分析显示,血清PCSK9与DM病程、BMI、FPG、HbA_(1)c、TC、TG、24 hUAlb呈正相关(P<0.05),与HOMA-β呈负相关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清PCSK9、HbA_(1)c、年龄及DM病程是DPN发生的危险因素。结论血清PCSK9可能参与DPN发生发展,是DPN发生的危险因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between serumproprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9)and type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,105 patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)were selected and divided into patients with simple T2DM group(T2DM,n=56)and patients with DPN group(DPN,n=49).The serum PCSK9 level and related biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with T2DM group,age,diabetes duration,BMI,FPG,HbA_(1)c,TC,TG,24 hUAlb,PCSK9 were higher in DPN group(P<0.05),and HOMA-βlevel was lower(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum PCSK9 levels were positively correlated with diabetes duration,BMI,FPG,HbA_(1)c,TC,TG and 24 hUAlb(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with HOMA-β(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum PCSK9,HbA_(1)c,patient age and diabetes duration were risk factors of DPN.Conclusion Serum PCSK9 may be related to the occurrence and the development of DPN.
