摘  要:在体外培养条件下,哺乳动物在早期胚胎发育时发生阻滞是普遍存在的现象。这种现象是受到内在和外在参数影响的多因素结果,其特征是至少24 h没有细胞分裂,这对临床上的体外受精周期结局造成了一定的负面影响。为了改善患者的临床结局,亟须进一步的研究来降低胚胎发育阻滞率,从而得到高质量的胚胎。现本文对体外早期胚胎发育造成阻滞方面的各种因素研究进行简要综述,为人体外培养的胚胎提供一些参考。Under in vitro culture conditions, it is common for mammals to block early embryonic development. This phenomenon is the result of multiple factors affected by internal and external parameters, characterized by the absence of cell division at least 24 hours, which has a certain negative impact on the clinical outcome of in vitro fertilization cycle. At present,the pathogenesis of embryogenesis arrest remains unclear. In order to improve the clinical outcome of patients, it is urgent to further research to reduce the rate of embryo development block, resulting in high-quality embryos. In this paper, the various factors of early embryonic development arrest in vitro are briefly reviewed, which provides some reference for human embryos cultured in vitro.
