摘 要:为了延长结晶器的服役寿命并提高表面质量,采用不同工艺参数的激光重熔方法对超音速火焰喷涂Cr_(3)C_(2)-NiCr涂层进行处理。通过OM、SEM、XRD和显微硬度计等对重熔后的Cr_(3)C_(2)-NiCr涂层与基体结合情况、显微组织、物相结构和硬度进行表征测试。结果表明,在光斑大小为4 mm、扫描速度为300 mm/s、搭接率为60%、功率300 W参数下重熔后的涂层与基体结合较好、组织更加致密,硬度最高为1200 HV0.3。激光重熔后涂层表面的硬度随功率的增大,硬度先增大后减小。这归因于激光对涂层再次熔化,快速冷却凝固,涂层质量和性能得到改善。In order to extend the service life of the mold and improve the surface quality,the laser remelting method with different process parameters was used to treat the supersonic flame sprayed Cr_(3)C_(2)-NiCr coating.The OM,SEM,XRD and microhardness tester were used to characterize and test the combination of the remelted Cr_(3)C_(2)-NiCr coating and the substrate,the microstructure,the phase structure and the hardness.The results show that the spot size is 4 mm,the scanning speed is 300mm/s,the overlap rate is 60%,and the remelted coating is better bonded to the substrate and the structure is denser under the power of 300 W.The maximum hardness is 1200 HV0.3.After laser remelting,the hardness of the coating surface increases with the increase of power,and the hardness first increases and then decreases.This is due to the laser melting of the coating again,rapid cooling and solidification,and the improvement of quality and performance of the coating.
