摘 要:氮化工艺应用于钛铝合金性能优化方面的趋势日益增长,为此类材料发展的重要方向之一。采用直接氮化法与放电等离子烧结技术制备氮强化相增强Ti48Al2Gr2Nb基复合材料,研究了NH_(3)、N_(2)两种气体直接氮化钛铝合金粉末的效果,并对相应的氮化试样进行了显微硬度、耐磨性测试,运用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射物相分析(XRD)、X射线能谱分析(EDS)对合成产物进行了表征。结果表明:提高氮化温度与保温时间有利于氮强化相的生成。在本次试验中,通过综合考虑粉末氮化效果与试样的硬度、耐磨性情况,可以得出N_(2)更适合作为钛铝合金的氮化气氛。The application of nitriding technology in the performance optimization of Ti-Al alloy is increasing,which is one of the most important development directions of this material.Nitrogen reinforced phase enhanced Ti48Al2Gr2Nb composites were prepared by direct nitride and discharge plasma sintering technology.The effect of NH_(3),N_(2)two gas direct titanium nitride powder was studied and the microhardness and wear resistance of corresponding nitride samples were tested,and the microhardness and wear resistance tests were conducted on the corresponding nitride samples.The synthetic products were characterized using scanning electron mirror(SEM),X-ray diffraction phase analysis(XRD),and X-ray energy spectroscopy analysis(EDS).The results show that improving the increasing nitride temperature and insulation time are conducive to the generation of nitrogen strengthening phase.In this experiment,by comprehensively considering the powder nitride effect and the hardness and wear resistance of the test sample,it can be concluded that N_(2)is more suitable for the nitride atmosphere of titanium aluminum alloy.
